At Infinity Brands we want you to receive your order with peace of mind. Here is our policy for returns and pre-order items:
Inspection & returns on delivery
- You can open your order and check the product and size in front of the courier before accepting it.
- If you are not happy with the product, you can return it with the courier while they are at the delivery location, paying only the shipping fee.
- Returns are accepted only while the courier is present, so please check the product carefully before the courier leaves.
Pre-order items
- Delivery within 25 days of order confirmation.
- To confirm your booking, transfer 500 EGP of the product price via InstaPay to 01284176477 and send a screenshot of the transfer on WhatsApp to the same number.
- The 500 EGP is deducted from the product price, and the remaining amount is paid on delivery.
- If the customer refuses to receive a pre-order item, the 500 EGP deposit is non-refundable.
Shipping fees
Prices on the website do not include shipping. The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location and added to the order total.
