How do I order from the website?
Choose the product and size, tap "Add to cart", then complete your details on the checkout page. If you prefer to order on WhatsApp, message us on 01284176477.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, or an InstaPay transfer to 01284176477 with a screenshot of the transfer sent on WhatsApp to the same number.
Do prices include shipping?
No. Prices on the website do not include shipping. The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location and added to the order total.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all governorates of Egypt.
What is the difference between "Ready to ship" and "Pre-order"?
Products that are ready to ship are in stock and ready for delivery. Pre-order items are ordered especially for you, with delivery within 25 days of order confirmation. Each product page shows which type it is.
How do I confirm a pre-order?
Transfer 500 EGP of the product price via InstaPay to 01284176477 and send the transfer screenshot on WhatsApp. This amount is deducted from the price and the rest is paid on delivery. If you refuse to receive a pre-order item, the 500 EGP is non-refundable.
Can I inspect my order before accepting it?
Yes. You can open and inspect your order in front of the courier. If you are not happy with the product, return it with the courier at that time and pay only the shipping fee. Returns are accepted only while the courier is present.
