Here is our policy for returns and pre-order items:<\/p>\n<h2>Inspection &amp; returns on delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You can open your order and check the product and size in front of the courier before accepting it.<\/li>\n<li>If you are not happy with the product, you can return it with the courier while they are at the delivery location, paying only the shipping fee.<\/li>\n<li>Returns are accepted only while the courier is present, so please check the product carefully before the courier leaves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pre-order items<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery within 25 days of order confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>To confirm your booking, transfer 500 EGP of the product price via InstaPay to 01284176477 and send a screenshot of the transfer on WhatsApp to the same number.<\/li>\n<li>The 500 EGP is deducted from the product price, and the remaining amount is paid on delivery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If the customer refuses to receive a pre-order item, the 500 EGP deposit is non-refundable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Shipping fees<\/h2>\n<p>Prices on the website do not include shipping.
